We are so happy to share this day with all of our friends that have been with us during this journey, we still have a lot of things to do, a lot of lines to code, a lot of customers to help. Through these years we have meet a lot of new friends, we have done several projects in Mexico, USA and some other countries. Always maintaining a balance between technology, processes and people so we can do things simpler, effective and more enjoyable with Technology.

We are proud of our achievements and look forward to speed up our growth.

During this month we will held different sessions to know more about our team, our customers, listening to improve ourselves. Yes, we will be asking for your feedback, we want to be better, and we want to make things happen. We count on You as always.

Dear friends,

Today CANIETI members elected their IT Proprietary Advisor; position I was running for. Official results placed Mr. Ignacio Sanchez first among the 5 candidates; and the members elected me to be his Substitute, therefore making me the Substitute Proprietary Advisor.

I'll officially assume this position on March 27, and I'm looking forward to work closely with Mr. Sanchez to improve our IT Industry.

CANIETI - Apoyo en postulación a Consejero Propietario CANIETI 2010

Estimado Socio de CANIETI, 

Como empresario y especialista tecnológico, considero que la industria de tecnologías de información mexicana se está quedando corta en el crecimiento económico e impacto social que podría tener y que nuestro país desesperadamente necesita. 

Es a través de cámaras como la CANIETI, que el sector puede encontrar unidad y trabajar en iniciativas que nos fortalezcan internamente y nos ayuden a captar las oportunidades que se están dando a nivel global y así poder recuperar terreno en la economía nacional y global. 

Hoy busco tu voto para participar como Consejero Propietario de Tecnologías de Información en la CANIETI, para apoyar en la generación de iniciativas que nos ayuden a lograr este objetivo. 

Algunos de los puntos que considero prioritario trabajar y que promoveré como Consejero serán: 

1. Programa de Alianzas - Somos muchas empresas de TI, y en nuestro país contamos con poco recurso humano especializado en nuestra área. Tenemos que buscar maximizar el uso de los recursos sin ocasionar un alza en el costo de los mismos. 

2. Apoyos Gubernamentales y Extranjeros - Continuar y mejorar los apoyos para certificaciones. 

3. Vinculación con el extranjero - Requerimos acercar a las PyMEs mexicanas con el mercado extranjero, trayendo proyectos y mejores tarifas. Recordemos que las grandes economías buscan (ahora más que nunca) reducir costos y están dispuestos a explorar nuevas formas de trabajo. 

Con su apoyo, y unidos, lograremos hacer crecer nuestra industria y nuestro país. De igual manera me pongo a sus órdenes y con la mayor disposición de trabajar con ustedes.

Last night, Mr. Joel Avila (Director of our Business Consulting Unit) gave a lecture at the ITESM EGAP about The use of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in the Private and Public Sector.

It was an energetic and a very participative talk with students of the “Maestría en Prospective Estratégica de la EGAP” (ITESM).

In Mexico, we see a lot of opportunities to apply the Strategic Alignment in the Public Sector, enabling governments to improve their performance and as a consequence, our way of living.

We would like to thank Ph.D. Daniel Meade for inviting us to participate.
