Last night, Mr. Joel Avila (Director of our Business Consulting Unit) gave a lecture at the ITESM EGAP about The use of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in the Private and Public Sector.

It was an energetic and a very participative talk with students of the “Maestría en Prospective Estratégica de la EGAP” (ITESM).

In Mexico, we see a lot of opportunities to apply the Strategic Alignment in the Public Sector, enabling governments to improve their performance and as a consequence, our way of living.
